Vi tr\u00e4ffar ocks\u00e5 personer som i ett tidigt skede inf\u00f6r en eventuell idrottskarri\u00e4r vill komplettera sin fysiska tr\u00e4ning med mental tr\u00e4ning. Vanliga verktyg att arbeta med \u00e4r v\u00e4rderingar och m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttning, att hantera stress, press och oro, att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 sin egen psykologi, avslappnings\u00f6vningar och visualisering.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4ven f\u00f6r andra former av prestationer finns effektiva psykologiska verktyg grundade i forskning. En viktig del i detta arbete \u00e4r sj\u00e4lvledarskap.
